When you submit the quote form on this website we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the type of work you need and any details you choose to write in the message field.

When you call or email us we collect whatever contact details and job information you give us during that conversation.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website.

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare and send a written quotation, and carry out and invoice any work you go on to book.

To keep a record of work carried out at a property, which may be needed for insurance, warranty or Tree Preservation Order purposes.

The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running the business, and, once you book work, the performance of a contract with you.

We do not sell your information to anyone. We share it only where it is necessary to do the job: with the local council or estate where we make a Tree Preservation Order or conservation area application on your behalf, with our insurers in the event of a claim, and with our accountant for invoicing and tax records.

Enquiry details submitted through this website may pass through the customer management software we use to handle enquiries, which stores that information on our behalf.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us.

Records of completed work and the associated invoices are kept for six years, as required for tax and insurance purposes.

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask us to delete information where we no longer need it, and to object to how we are using it.
